All Shake the Dust products are subject to availability. While every effort will be made to display accurate stock information, there may be times where stock is depleted after an order has been purchased.
Shake the Dust reserves the right to limit purchase quantities, supply only one part of an order or to divide orders for delivery. Any items, prices, and services featured on this website are subject to change at any time and without notice.
All product descriptions and specifications are approximate and provided for your convenience only. Please note that due to the hand-made nature of some of our products, there may be very slight variation in colours, textures and sizes.
Cancelling or changing an order
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to make any changes. Please refer to our return policy below if you wish to change an order after it has been processed.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please request a Returns number within 7 days of receiving your order. You may request an Returns number by contacting us with your order number and the reason for your return. Your item must be returned within 5 days of receiving your Returns number.
We will only accept full-priced products with their original packaging and swing tags in tact. Items must be unused, unworn and in a re-sellable condition. Returns or exchange postage and re-postage of exchange items will only be paid for faulty or incorrectly sent items. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment.
Returns refunds will only be granted after the return is received in re-sellable condition and a returns number requested within 7 days of receiving the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of any items- Shake the Dust is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.
